• How to wash
  - Machine wash cold: Use cold water to prevent shrinking and fading.
  - Gentle cycle: This protects the modal fibres and the spandex stretch.
  - Mild detergent: Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can damage both fibres.
  -Turn inside out: This helps reduce pilling and wear on the outside.

  Drying
  - Air dry is best: Lay flat or hang to dry to maintain shape and prevent heat damage.
  - Tumble dry low (if necessary): If you must use a dryer, choose a low or delicate setting.

  Ironing:
  - Low heat: Modal can wrinkle slightly, but high heat can damage spandex. If needed, iron on low or use a steamer.

  Avoid:

  - High dryer heat
  - Fabric softeners (they can coat fibres and reduce breathability/stretch)
