Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout. 

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

Made to Order- 

Made-to-order: items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged or issued as store credit. Please note you have 24hrs to request a cancellation before the order goes into our factory.
